As part of providing our comprehensive range of cleaning services, we offer an affordable full house washing service. Our service covers all types of exterior cladding, from painted weatherboards through to brick and textured cladding. We use a range of house washing options, including our ultra-gentle soft wash. Where necessary (or requested) we may apply a biodegradable, eco-friendly product to remove moss, mould and lichen. Please view our range of house wash options below.
In addition to our 5 different house wash options, our service is provided using a range of specialist exterior house cleaning tools. This enables us to quickly, easily, and effectively wash a single storey home, as well as taller multi-storey homes.

House wash options | water and/or quality house wash detergent
1. Soft wash – water only
Low pressure water wash only. No chemicals or exterior cleaning detergent are used.
The water applied, throughout the cleaning process, uses the PureWash cleaning system, which includes a de-ioniser / de-mineraliser, to remove all hard water.
Water is applied at a standard garden hose level of pressure, and delivers a premium streak free finish.
2. Soft wash – with detergent
We use a quality house wash detergent, Resene “Paint Prep and House Wash”. This detergent is applied using a low pressure, gentle sprayer to cover the cladding surface. We may also use a light brush on the surface, to support the clean. A light brush may be used, if it is appropriate for the type of cladding.
We use the PureWash cleaning system to complete a thorough wash off; water is delivered at a standard garden hose pressure.
3. House wash using a water blaster
This is a ‘water only’ wash, using standard tap water (not the PureWash cleaning system). We use a low-pressure water blaster to wash and clean the exterior of your house.
With this option, no house wash detergent or moss and mould treatment is applied. This wash option is ideal for those seeking a nice light clean and spruce up of their home.
We finish off the clean of the exterior windows with PureWash, to get a streak free look on the windows.

4. Full house wash with moss & mould treatment
We use a quality moss & mould treatment, which is applied using a low pressure, gentle sprayer to cover the cladding surface, to support the clean. A light brush may be used, if it is appropriate for the type of cladding.
We wash off using a low pressure water blaster using standard fresh tap water. This effectively removes the product and assists with the cleaning process.
We finish off the clean of the exterior windows with PureWash, to get a streak free look on the windows.
5. Soft wash with moss & mould spot treatment
This wash option is a primarily “Soft Wash Option 2”, with additional spot treatments of moss of mould for just small areas of the house.
This is suitable for those wanting to treat moss and mould for only small sections of the exterior of their house.
We finish off the clean of the exterior windows with PureWash, to get a streak free look on the windows.

Q: Is your house washing safe for my plants and landscaping?
A: Yes it is. As part of our service we take extra care while we are on site. This includes our care with preparing the site prior to commencing the wash process. Plus, we offer a range of house wash options, from water only, soft wash, house detergent, and the extra option of a moss and mould treatment. With our range of washing options, you choose the best option to meet your specific requirements.
Q: Is your service insured?
A: Yes, we are fully insured. But, this is just part of our practice of running a professional business. In the very unlikely event of an incident, be assured we have established business practices to manage all circumstances.
Q. Do I need to be on the property while my house is being washed?
A. No, there is no need for you to be at home while we are on site. We just require access on the day around the whole house, and need all access gates to be unlocked. We can happily wash your house while you are at work or away. We would just ask for payment to be done prior to the day, using online banking.
